The pings start midday Wednesday December 7, 2016 and end midday Wednesday December 14, 2016. The days are color-coded red, orange, yellow, green, blue, purple, and black the Tuesday Mulrenin died into the next day.
I left out some data. The towers did not give the same latitude and longitude on every ping. But because I typed in the data by hand, I just used the first or second set of coordinates in the list for each tower for all pings for that tower. I also did not enter the azimuth data which tells which direction the antenna was pointing for the ping. And I did not use the tower strength data which the FDLE has, which implies how close the phone was to the tower.
Leaving out that data would place every ping for the tower dead-center on the first set of coordinates. But to convey the number of pings on each tower, I chose to use random locations near the tower. The other alternative was to use a really big dot to show a lot of pings, or something. The way I did it, it kind of shows like the phone is moving around near the tower. That is correct, except that I used random locations near the tower instead of the actual locations.
So the map could be improved and made more precise. But just looking at this, it already gives you what you need to know. You can get further details in the book "Seminole Scam".
