Three minutes after Mulrenin exits elevator A on the first floor, an unknown male later identified as Scott Michael Love (DOB 1/21/ 1986), is seen wearing a light colored hat, blue jeans and a sweatshirt with the words "Don’t Tread On Me" on the back. Love is carrying a black bag, and observed on the closed circuit surveillance footage on the ground floor of the apartment complex parking garage, attempting to open the same elevator door Mulrenin exited from. Due to Love not having a key card to access the elevator he is not able to get into the elevator, whereupon he locates a set of steel freight doors which were left open because of a non-fiinctioning latch. Ay 0454 hours, only one minute after Love enters the complex through the unlocked service door, Mulrenin's proximity card is used in the parking garage to let in a female driving a black BMW passenger vehicle. That female is later identified as Mandi May Jackson (DOB 05/19/1995). Jackson is the owner of a black 2009 BMW model 328i, bearing Florida tag DQWW52 registered in her name. At 0454 hours, Love who entered the unlocked service door, enters elevator A and travels to the fifth floor. Love exits the elevator and heads in the direction of Mulrenin’s apartment. At 0457 hours until 0500 hours, Love reenters the same elevator on fifth floor but this time only pushes the close door button and remains in wait. At 0459 hours, Mulrenin and Jackson are seen entering the building from the fifth floor garage door. In this video, Jackson appeared to have a large tattoo on her right arm which was later confirmed upon contact. At 0500 hours, Love peeks his head out of the elevator door, then walks in the direction of Mulrenin's apartment. At 0527 hours, Mulrenin and Jackson enter the fifth floor garage together for a brief minute, then return to the building, entering the fifth floor door. At approximately 0637 hours, a 9-1-1 call was received stating a male had fallen from the fifth floor balcony. At approximately 0642 hours, Seminole County Fire Department arrived on scene. At 0643 hours, Jackson is seen running out of the fifth floor hallway door into the parking garage. Then roughly two minutes later, Jackson's back BMW is seen leaving the parking garage. The video surveillance provided by the Lofts at Uptown Altamonte will be attached to this report. Lt. Murphy and I went to Orlando Regional Medical Center and made contact with Det. Baker, who was standing by in emergency room 411. Det. Baker stated he was told by medical staff that Mulrenin had multiple leg fractures, a deep laceration to the back left thigh, and trauma to the head. I observed Mulrenin in emergency room 411 with multiple nurses tending to his care. He was unresponsive and unable to breath on his own so the assistance from a respiratory device was required. In the attempt to gain access to his cellular phone to try and determine his last phone calls and text messages, I tried to use his thumbprint to unlock his phone. It was unsuccessful. Det. Baker advised a female identified as Barbara Mellinger was contacted by ORMC staff due to her being Mulrenin's emergency contact. I made contact with Mellinger (who is also a co-worker with Mulrenin at the Doll House in Orlando) and explained the situation in the attempt to help investigate this incident. After several minutes speaking with Mellinger, she explained she has known Mulrenin for many years and he would never jump off a balcony in the attempt to take his own life. Mellinger has never known Mulrenin to experience or have suicidal thoughts and this incident seemed very suspicious. Mellinger explained she does not remember Mulrenin having any enemies that would try and kill him. Mellinger advised on December 13, 2016 the Dollhouse Club "had a good night." She fiirther advised there were at least two individuals that spent over $20,000.00 at the club along with significant business from other patrons. According to witnesses, Mulrenin left the club with a substantial amount of money in cash totaling upwards of $2500. Witnesses also stated that Mulrenin always carried his money in a money clip. No money clip or wallet was located at his home. Lt. Murphy and I made contact with Mike Garcia, the Doll House manager on duty, located at 5570 South Orange III- 17
