7. VIDEO TAMPERED - December, 2016 Police originally provided 18 video clips from the Lofts apartments, named "l.avi" to "18.avi". The clips were represented as showing: 1) Love gained entry through a broken door, after Jackson called Mulrenin out to the curb, but before Jackson knew she would be invited in by a Mulrenin who brought a drink to the curb to look inviting (Jackson parked perpendicular to the garage entrance). 2) Jackson and Mulrenin then parked on the southwest comer of the f1fth-floor garage, and Love hid inside elevator A and texted Jackson, as Jackson and Mulrenin passed by. 3) Jackson took Mulrenin into the garage, leaving the apartment door unlocked behind her, to give Love an opportunity to sneak into Mulrenin's apartment while Jackson delayed Mulrenin in the garage. 4) Jackson ransacked Mulrenin's apartment after he went over the balcony, and only fled after police sirens arrived on scene. Every one of these claims is FALSE. 1) The video timestamps were deleted off the video for no honest reason, and added later, in a most suspicious manner surrounded by lies and misleading statements. 2) There are at least a dozen artifacts of changed stories, lies, and hidden video, that point to a dog walker letting Love in the building long after Jackson had arrived, not before or at the same time as Jackson, as claimed by police and presented to the grand jury. 3) At least two out of three, of Detectives Sprague and Athaide, the video, and apartment manager Michelle Ervin, present impossible or contradictory information, and are unreliable or misleading as witnesses of what happened. 4) The video timestamps were admitted to be wrong, and the alleged video timeline including Love hiding in the elevator as Mulrenin passed by, and Jackson fleeing when sirens arrive, is impossible.
