9. DOG WALKER HIDDEN In none of these files, nor in any arrest affidavit or police report, is it ever revealed how Love really got into the building. Love walked in behind a dog walker who swiped a key card card to unlock the door. But that was not inadvertently revealed until over two years later. I even went down to the Lofts In December 2016 after I read the arrest affidavit, to find the freight door with the "non-functioning latch." A security guard became very agitated when I saw the latch was functioning, and asked him if it was the one that was supposed to be broken. Only in the earliest file “Athaides Notes.pdf’ does it say "Enters through steel freight doors which were left open by a previous resident." I assume this is because lead detective Sprague does not know how to edit a pdf file. The documents that can be edited all contain such vague phrases as "which was inadvertently left ajar" or "a side service door previously left unsecure" or "through an unlocked metal service door" or "a set of steel freight doors which were left open because of a non-functioning latch." Have you ever heard anyone be so vague before, as to say a door was previously left unsecure? What the heck is that supposed to mean? Who did this? How can you know it was left unsecure, unless you know that someone left it unsecure? There is certainly no evidence the door was ever “ajar,” or that anything inadvertent or non-functioning happened as claimed. They spent a lot of energy deleting the times from the video clips and instead typing up notes of them. And they spent a lot of energy to avoid simply saying "Love walked in behind someone out walking his dogs." Police said "it is believed" Love gained access to Mulrenin's apartment when Jackson brought Mulrenin to the garage to distract him at 5:24 AM. They imagined Jackson left Mulrenin's door unlocked so Love could enter. They never presented any evidence to support this belief. Millions of people gain access to strangers' homes every day by knocking. Mulrenin was home, so if Love had knocked, Mulrenin would have answered. There has never been any evidence to show Love didn't knock. And Mulrenin's hastily stashed cocaine suggests he had an unexpected visitor. I cannot come up with any explanation of Mulrenin's cocaine being found how it was found, apart from someone knocking. The original clips provided by police with no timestamps, show Mulrenin entering the garage and going toward Jackson's car alone, as if Jackson is already there. Jackson can't leave the door unlocked if she goes to the garage ahead of Mulrenin. The original video notes say Jackson and Mulrenin enter the garage together at 5:24 AM, and return at 5:27. Mulrenin's entry alone, and his exit with Jackson, were shown in a single video clip that was 2:53 long. Sprague’s final report was changed to say "At 0527 hours, Mulrenin and Jackson enter the fifth floor garage together for a brief minute, then retum to the building, entering the fifth floor door." When Jackson was arrested on December 19, she refused to tell Sprague what really happened. So Sprague was playing around with the evidence, in a shameless effort to tie Jackson to what Love did by faking whatever he could. Neisha Cintron was the bisexual Dollhouse dancer whom Mandi immediately befriended, and smoked weed with on video at the bar after the club closed. Neisha made a long video interview on December 28, 2016, where she described Jackson's unusually close relationship with Mulrenin, for someone who supposedly just met him for the first time, for the purpose to rob him. Cintron loaned Mandi a green thong bottom when Mandi first started working. In the back of courtroom 5D on January 10, 2019, I overheard Stone tell Neisha to leave all that out, and only testify that she met Mandi at the end of the night. During Neisha's long video interview, she reveals Sprague already told her his shot-while-fleeing narrative. That is how Sprague starts his interviews, apparently, by telling the witness his narrative. Then he starts recording. Detective Sprague shows Neisha some video clips from the Lofts, to verify how she was able to identify Mandi Jackson on December 14. I looked really hard at these clips which you can see on Sprague’s laptop, because I still wanted to know where Love was for supposedly 90 minutes, and what really happened when Jackson entered the garage. What you can see if you look closely at the clips on Sprague’s laptop in Neisha's video, is someone enter the garage from the far side before Mulrenin enters, with what looks like dogs ahead of him.
