Handwritten timestamps for the original 18 clips have Mulrenin entering the garage around 5:24 AM and leaving around 5:27. Although that was when they were edited into a single clip, and I don’t know what the new video shows. The dog walker Sprague accidentally showed Cintron, appears to leave ahead of Jackson around 5:24, and return before Mulrenin leaves, around 5:26. My guess is that the first clip time is right, and the exit clip is actually more than three minutes later. Since the timestamps are ahead by seven minutes relative to the gate swipes and AT&T as I will get to, that means Cintron’s dog walker was headed outside from the fifth floor, past Jackson, around 5:17, and should walk off the freight elevator around 5:21. That is exactly when this dog walker came out. He didn't walk up the sidewalk to the lot where Mulrenin landed, but went straight across the street to the empty lot. I accidentally recorded video which captures audio of a brief exchange with the 2019 dog walker. Like many defensive pit bull owners would probably say, he claimed his dogs were a “lab mix.” He also seemed to say “mira” to the dogs in Spanish. The dog walker also appeared to be wearing a dark blue latex glove on one hand to pick up dog poop, just like in the bloody- glove scam they used to give Love life in prison. He was holding the leashes in his hand, and letting the dogs run free and poop right next to the street. Someone with dogs off a leash would definitely take notice of Jackson's car driving up. We watched a black car like a BMW wait at the freight entrance, and then pick someone up like Jackson had done with Mulrenin. The dog walker who let Love in, would have seen everything from that unlit lot right across the street from the freight entrance, and nobody would have seen him. I was intent to check at Jackson's trial if it was the same dog walker on video. The dogs looked the same, they were the same size and moved the same way. They had black and white spots. There were two of them in the right place and the right time. They were maybe two different breeds, but I only saw one close up in person. It was weird, everything was right, but the dog walker himself was wrong. The dog walker I saw in person on February 11 looked like a thirtyish man, 5' 9", with dark hair pushed up in the front like he just took off a cap or a hair net. The man who let Love in on video looked fortyish, 5’11", with gray locks pasted to his forehead. I only saw one for a few moments on video, I only saw the other for a few moments in the dark, and it was months apart. Suppose it was two different dog walkers, both with two frisky black and white dogs in the same spot around 5AM. Either one of them could have been the same dog walker Sprague was so intent to hide in the garage with Mandi and Mulrenin. So either one of them could show Love actually went in well after Mandi arrived, around 5:26. There were only a few minutes total of video clips, to contain dogs both at the freight door and on the fifth floor. I ran some stats on the size of the building and the percentage of dog owners, and the percent of those who got up at 4:45, 5:00, 6:00, whatever. It made it much more likely that a dog owner appearing in both clips would be the same dog owner, than that two different people would just happen to be walking dogs in both those clips before 5:20 AM. If none of the dogs are the same, then we are up to at least five different dogs being walked in the same comer of the building before 5:20 AM. That is a lot of dogs for a building that charged a non-refiindable $300 fee per dog, plus $15 extra rent per dog. There was also a 65-pound total combined weight limit, which would put the dogs I saw at the upper end of dogs that lived there. Most people had lap dogs. If it is all different dogs, then we are more likely looking at video from after 6:00 AM, both when Mandi and Mulrenin went into the garage, and when Love came in through the freight entrance. Go to The Lofts yourself, and see how often you see five different frisky athletic dogs, bigger than lap dogs, at the southwest corner before 6:00 AM. III - 38
