waiting for instructions. To other people it appears he is being discreet. If he is hiding, then he is either hiding from someone who comes from the parking garage, or someone he has some knowledge of. Anyone coming from the hallway is likely to get on the elevator, so you cannot hide there. Someone coming from the garage could take the elevator to another floor, but Love does not know this. Because he does not know parking is hard to find. The only people Love has knowledge of are Jackson and Mulrenin. They are in the garage. So Love must be hiding from someone coming from the garage. According to "Lofts Powerpoint.pptx" Jackson's car passes by door B at 4:57: 19. So if the video timeline is accurate, Jackson either drove to door A and did a U turn before parking so that Love had a chance to see her from door A, or Love is hiding from someone else who drove into the parking garage at the same time. No headlights were seen driving by, when Jackson is at the curb. Either way, Love has no way of knowing from his hiding place at door A, that Jackson will ultimately park on the opposite side by door B. It will take at least 41 seconds for Jackson to drive from B to A, fail to find a spot, do a U turn, and park. So at the time Love supposedly enters his hiding spot at 4:58:00, not even Jackson knows she will ultimately park far away from him, by door B. Lofts.docx shows Mulrenin swiping into the hallway through door B at 4:59:30. Jackson walks less than five feet per second in heels. There are probably 9 units from door B to unit 515. Each is at least 20 feet wide. So Jackson and Mulrenin will arrive at unit 515 somewhere between 5:00:05 and 5:00:20. And they will come around the comer around 5:00:00. When Love comes out of the elevator at 05:00:43, there is no way he can know that they parked on the opposite side. Even if he sees them in the hallway near 515, he cannot know which way they came from. As long as they exit door B while Love is hiding and get to the corner before he sees them, he will assume they came through door A. Even if Love walked past 515 to the next comer for no reason, and saw them lingering in the far hall for no reason, his first guess would still be that they got there through door A. Therefore Love has no reason to walk around to door B and enter the garage, as police claim in their video. If Love wants to look for J ackson's car, he will surely enter through door A where he hid because she was coming. In the police narrative and timeline, it is impossible for Love to have any knowledge that would lead him to door B, at the time he supposedly goes there. For reasons I won't mention, he also cannot go to door B when he comes up behind the dog walker, and accidentally spots the half-blind Mulrenin walking in front of Mandi in heels, coming the other way. So at least two out of three, of Sprague and Athaide, the video, or Michelle Ervin, present impossible or contradictory information, and are unreliable or misleading as witnesses of what happened.
