And certainly in none of the witness statements is it made clear that Mandi filled out her application before waiting for and meeting James Mulrenin. Sprague said they could not find her application, but also said multiple witnesses were somehow sure she filled one out. But it is never certain from witnesses when she filled it out, whether it was after she was done waiting, right before she started working, whether she turned it in or threw it away or brought it back to her car before she started waiting, or what. But it is clear in the Dollhouse video that she filled out the application and waited with it, exactly as stated by Sprague. Sprague also seems reluctant to name Barbara Mellinger as the source for this information. At the very least, Sprague said the video surveillance showed Mulrenin was at Dollhouse. This proves Sprague looked at the Dollhouse video before he wrote his police report in January 2017. But the defense was not provided any video from Dollhouse until March of 2019. According to depositions and statements which occurred in court and off the record, the Dollhouse DVR was simply brought to the FDLE and nobody looked at it or made any requests for clips from it or did anything with it until March of 2019. Sprague was more specific in his deposition, saying they “couldn’t review ” the Dollhouse video because they “could not access it”. And yet right there in his police report a month after it happened, Sprague says he knows Mulrenin was at Dollhouse not just from co-workers, but from the video. Sprague denied he even saw the video, and big surprise most of it was deleted. And the rest was not given to the defense until two and a half years later. And big surprise, even that little video shows what Neisha Cintron was later coached to lie about and hide, that Mandi and Mulrenin were close. But Mandi getting paid in dancer dollars and being there on previous nights, was m1ss1ng. Finally in February of 2019, Barbara Mellinger admitted that Mandi had also been at Dollhouse the previous night, but Mellinger concealed this at Scott Love's trial and concealed the names of witnesses who knew it. When Mandi's lawyers finally received the Dollhouse video in March 2019, the primary camera angles, and most of the video from the night Mulrenin died, and previous nights when Mandi was there, were missing. Video went missing that would have showed Mandi receiving tips from customers, which were largely in dancer dollars that night according to Barbara Mellinger. So maybe the real reason for Mandi's trip to Mulrenin's house, that he lured her with a promise to cash in her dancer dollars, was known by other Dollhouse employees and concealed. Maybe the same secret witness who said Mulrenin had $2500 in dancer dollars and left with $2500 in cash, also said Mandi had $X in dancer dollars, and went to Mulrenin's house because he promised her $X in cash for her dancer dollars. It is a strange case where this real video evidence is treated like undesirable garbage, and replaced with gossip from girls in jail as the central feature of the trial. It is not an accident, it is a conscious and surprisingly broad effort, with no purpose except to use the life of a young girl for sport just like Mulrenin. III - 49
