So before telling witnesses the theory Mulrenin was shot while fleeing, police could have asked witnesses to describe more clearly what happened. Was he head first? Was he upright? Police could have analyzed Mulrenin's broken bones before he was cremated, and tried to reconstruct his fall and how he landed, to figure out why he went over. Was it related to eye damage known to result from excessive use of Viagra? He had heaps of Viagra, loose, broken pills, pills in blister packets, pharmacy shipping boxes. They could have examined his eyes, his retina. But police did not want to find out why Mulrenin really went over. They wanted to hide why Mulrenin really went over, so they could have witnesses change their statements and blame Mandi for why he went over. Police did not want to know the real reason Mulrenin went over, they just wanted to fake whatever they could to blame Mandi for it, regardless of what really happened. Sprague made video of all the witnesses who came in and gave statements on December 28th. That included Gorewitz the valet parker who saw Mandi walk by a few times, and Carico the floor man who did not claim to interact with Mandi at all. Sprague made an urgent audio recording the morning of December 14th, of the statement of Jerome Ashcroft, the neighbor below who heard footsteps when Mulrenin died. But when Russell Songer and Denise Smith who actually saw Mulrenin die came in to give their statements on December let, Sprague provides no video of what they said. And Sprague provides no audio of Denise Smith's 911 call. And even Denise Smith’s written statement was hidden. Sprague knows something about how Mulrenin died, which he does not want Mulrenin's family to know. At Mandi's trial in his closing argument, prosecutor Stone said "he was shot in the back of the leg, which allows you to reasonably infer, to conclude, that he was shot in the back of the leg as he was running toward the balcony." The jury heard the word "GHB" many times, but never heard that the angle of the wound, and the supposed bullet hole, make what Stone said impossible. Mulrenin bled extensively on the carpet and area rug under the recliner. The jury heard the word "GHB" many times, but never heard that the location where Mulrenin sat and bled was further from the balcony than the supposed bullet hole. They heard a lot of gossip, but they never saw a floor plan of the apartment. You can read all the police reports, the witness statements, and the testimony at trial, you can try to find the 911 calls, you can listen to Mandi's phone call with her mother where she bursts into tears about Mulrenin jumping, and you will only become confused as to why or how Mulrenin went over the balcony. Because the goal of police was not to find out how or why. The goal of police was to hide how or why. So they could blame Mandi and give her life in prison. Was there a medical reason, a drug reason? They didn't want to know. They never tested the drinks and drugs they found in his apartment. They confused and obfiiscated why Mulrenin went over the balcony, so they could come up with their own story to blame Mandi. They hid the witness statements, they hid the information that could save a young girl’s life. Why was the life of the guy whose dick she sucked more important than her life? Because only one of their lives gave the police opportunity for sport. Police hid the truth so the prosecution could make up a story and say Mandi did it, and take a young girl’s life away for sport.
