3 - duct tape at sofa 3 - white pill and bags 3 - $20 bill 0 - OPEN CABLE TIE #3 BY GLOVE FINGER The focus photos of the third cable tie collected, likely would have also captured the three loose gloves where they were originally found under the carpet. Those photos could have been purged from the 9-minute gap between Day 1 photo 152 of the duct tape on the carpet, and Day 1 photo 153 of the medicine in Mulrenin's kitchen. The motive for purging the gloves, and photos of them, from Mulrenin's apartment, is the same as the motive for staging the bullet and losing the sofa with the supposed bullet hole. The bloody gloves on the floor of the apartment, did not fit the shot-while-fleeing narrative. A man who is shot as he runs off a balcony, does not have time to bleed on gloves and leave them on the floor, before he goes over. The three hidden gloves then came in handy to place Love in the apartment, when they reappeared next to his work gloves to be cross-contaminated during the car search. My bet is that Jackson or Mulrenin wore those three loose gloves when she was binding Mulrenin's wound. And Smolarek intentionally avoided finding out the real wearer, which might also have been Mulrenin himself. Probably the original swabs were thrown away. The key is that tom-off glove fingertip, next to the third cable tie. If everyone who has any experience with surgical gloves takes them off inside out, then whoever tore off that fingertip pulling that glove off by the fingers, had no experience with surgical gloves. That rules out maintenance workers at the Lofts who also wear blue gloves, and police. Love obviously was not trying to go undetected, and he apparently has some experience using gloves because they were balled up with his tar booties. That leaves Jackson and Mulrenin. Maybe Jackson wore them to cater to Mulrenin. He has all that sanitizer and antibiotics. And Jackson likes to tend to people. The more of a self-centered needy hedonist someone is, the more useful Jackson feels tending to him. But Jackson has skinny hands, so if she pulled on a thumb, the glove might actually come off. Mulrenin has big hands, and he is strong enough to tear a finger off. And he is angry and sloppy and impatient, based on how he pressed the elevator button eight times, and kicked the can in the freight entrance. And the finger tip is on the way from the recliner to the balcony, where Mulrenin's glasses and everything else on him was also abandoned. Smolarek said she "perceived" that blood would be on the outside of a glove. What she means is if an idiot begins by imagining a person wearing gloves murdered someone, then there would be blood on his hands like the idiot remembers from "Macbeth" in lOth-grade English class. In "Macbeth" the doors to Duncan’s chamber were even unlocked, like Mandi supposedly left Mulrenin's door unlocked for the murder! Great student, that Smolarek. But Lady Macbeth did not use a gun. And unlike gloves at the OJ trial or in murder mysteries, the gloves presented as having been found with Mulrenin's blood were most likely inside out. If you assume the prosecution’s narrative is true, there is literally no reason or occasion for Scott Love to get a glove covered in blood. Much less the inside of a glove. Much less while his boots and jeans and "don’t tread on me" shirt have zero blood. The amount of blood supposedly found on the glove could only come from directly feeling the wound. The most likely person to heavily touch the wound is Mulrenin feeling his own wound. And since gloves are taken off inside out, a bloody glove would come from a person who heavily touched the wound, then decided to put a glove on his bloody hand. Basic physical evidence says a glove with a lot of Mulrenin's blood on the inside was most likely worn by Mulrenin himself. It is only if you know Jackson, that you can additionally speculate she might touch Mulrenin's wound. Because Jackson is not shy to tend to guys, and is eager to make herself useful, and treats all guys like a little brother. If anybody wore that glove and got blood on it from touching Mulrenin's wound and also wore the booties as implied by the prosecution, there would be blood on the booties from the wet blood on the area rug where Mulrenin sat. And there wasn’t any blood on the booties. III - 64
